I recently had the pleasure of staying at this wonderful hotel and was absolutely blown away by the exceptional service provided. Not only did they go above and beyond to return the sim cards I accidentally left in the room, but they also had a washing machine available for guests to use, which was incredibly convenient. the flat-screen TV in the room was a nice touch, allowing me to unwind and watch my favorite shows after a long day of exploring the city. the location near the Riverbank, Rice and Spice, and Lido Chef made it easy for me to enjoy delicious meals and local attractions. Overall, my experience at this hotel far exceeded my high expectations, and I cannot wait to return in the future.
